건강 연동은 선택 사항입니다. 허용한 수면·운동·마음 챙기기 기록을 읽어 앱의 활동 기록과 성장 계산에 사용합니다. 연동하지 않아도 수동 기록과 타이머를 사용할 수 있습니다. 권한은 iOS의 건강 데이터 접근 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
앱 설정에서 알림을 켜고 iOS 알림 권한을 허용해야 합니다. 알림은 기기에서 예약하며 원격 푸시 서버를 사용하지 않습니다.
기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱의 파일 백업·복원 기능을 사용할 수 있으며 클라우드 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. 페어링한 Apple Watch에는 상태·미션 정보를 보내고, 워치에서 입력한 활동 기록과 완료한 타이머 기록은 아이폰으로 전송합니다. 앱을 삭제하기 전에 필요한 기록을 별도로 백업하세요.

스테이터스는 계정 가입 없이 동작하는 활동 기록 앱입니다. 개발자는 앱에서 사용자의 활동·건강 데이터를 서버로 전송받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고, 추적 또는 외부 분석 SDK가 없습니다.
건강 데이터는 광고·마케팅·데이터 판매에 사용하지 않습니다. 앱의 능력치는 활동을 게임 방식으로 표현한 것이며 의료 측정값이나 진단 결과가 아닙니다.
앱은 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며 기록을 개발자나 광고 사업자에게 자동 전송하지 않습니다. 사용자가 백업 파일을 다른 앱 또는 저장소로 옮기면 해당 서비스의 처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다. 기기 및 운영체제의 백업 설정은 사용자가 별도로 관리합니다.
앱 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 보관됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 해당 기기의 앱 저장 데이터가 삭제되며, 따로 내보낸 백업 파일과 운영체제 백업은 해당 위치에서 별도로 관리해야 합니다. HealthKit 원본 데이터는 앱 삭제로 삭제되지 않습니다. 건강 접근 권한을 철회해도 이미 가져온 앱 기록이 자동 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
사용자가 이메일로 문의하면 개발자는 답변에 필요한 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받습니다. 건강 데이터 전체나 민감한 개인 정보를 보내지 마세요. 문의 내용의 삭제 요청은 같은 주소로 연락할 수 있습니다.

When asking for help, include the app version, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. You do not need to send your complete health records or backup file.
Health integration is optional. With your permission, the app reads sleep, workout, and mindfulness records to show activity history and calculate in-app progress. Manual entries and timers work without Health access. You can change access in iOS Health settings.
Enable notifications in the app and allow them in iOS settings. The app schedules notifications on your device and does not use a remote push server.
Records are stored on your device. The app offers file export and restore, but does not provide cloud sync. A paired Apple Watch receives status and mission information; activity entries and completed timer records from the watch are transferred to the iPhone. Export a backup before deleting the app if you want to keep your records.

Status works without an account. The developer does not receive or store your activity or health data on a server. The app contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDK.
Health data is not used for advertising, marketing, or sale. Stats are a game-like way to present activity, not medical measurements or diagnoses.
The app does not operate its own server or automatically send records to the developer or advertisers. If you move a backup file to another app or storage service, that service's privacy policy may apply. You manage device and operating-system backups separately.
App data remains on your device. Deleting the app removes its data from that device. Exported files and operating-system backups must be managed separately. Deleting the app does not delete the original Apple Health data. Revoking Health access does not automatically delete records already imported into the app.
If you email us, we receive your email address and message to respond. Please do not send complete health records or other sensitive personal information. You can request deletion of your support correspondence at the same address.
